The Healthy Chipotle Burrito Bowl Recipe

I was really craving Chipotle and wanted to try making a healthier (and vegan) version of their burrito bowls at  home.  Below is the recipe video, you can really have fun with this one!

You can modify this recipe a ton, change the meat, whatever you want.


  • 1 Flour Tortilla
  • 1 cup of mixed greens
  • 1 handful of snow peas
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe's Vegetable Medley
  • 1 Field Roast Grain Vegan Sausage
  • 1 TBSP hummus

This meal leaves you feeling pretty full for a while because the Vegan sausage has a whopping 23 grams of protein! Not to mention it's delicious.
